MT 2 CF card and battery
« on: January 14, 2009, 04:59:14 PM »
I just picked up a MT 2 ,
Anyone know what is the best brand/speed/size card for this recorder?
Was wondering about external batteries. Is there a dvd battery I can buy that doesnt need to be modified to go into the mini usb on the MT2
Thanks for any help

I dunno what the "best" card is. I use a Transcend 16GB card and it works fine.

For external power I use the APC Power Pack.

Has a mini-USB out, and works great. Can fully charge the MT when its dead, and more. Also can run off of it of course.

Do I have to be concerned with voltage and such when purchasing one of these?

Any battery pack with a USB mini out jack should supply or have a swithch to supply the correct 5 volts.
