Title: XLR>RCA adapters at Markertek?

Markertek has 2 different makes of these adapters.
One of them looks like it is higher quality:

and the other is the standard neutrik:

I know plenty of people have used the neutrik and similar, but has anyone tried the 'nice' one?

Links fixed.  B&H has a selection of Hosa and Comprehensive.....
