Title: CDR brand id program?
Post by: Fatah Ruark (aka MIKE B) on April 03, 2004, 12:12:23 AM
I recall seeing a program that would ID who *really* made a blank CDR.

I searched a bit and can't seem to find it.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about and has a link, could you please post it. Just curious who made the Fuji's I bought the other day.

Thanks,
MIKE B

EAC.  Packaging doesn't ID the actual disc manufacturer

EAC does it, and there are several options at CD Media World's CD/DVD Utils (http://www.cdmediaworld.com/hardware/cdrom/cd_utils_2.shtml) page.
