Title: building my own -20dB attenuator cable...
Post by: fandelive on May 19, 2004, 04:11:00 PM
I was thinking about building a -20dB attenuator cable by myself, but don't have any idea on how to proceed...  ???

Can someone lead me to a good website with explanations on how to make it?

thanks in advance!

if you do build them via a resistive network, do it at the end closest to the recorder.  this way you still have a larger S/N comming down the cables.
