It's certainly possible for concert sound levels to reach 130dB or higher but it would be extremely painful to be in the room.
Any mic that can handle 125 dB or higher would be suitable for just about any concert recording from the audience if you have the capability to move farther from the source if you get to the limit.

The Oktavas have a max of 130. I have them and have used them for close miking a jazz drummer. Easily as loud as a metal show when used that close. No problems.
It's more likely that you will have to worry about your preamp or the input stage of your recorder when recording at high SPL.
