Title: Cool Edit Pro V 1.2 - Can't open a 24/48 file bigger than ~ 1 hour (1 GB)

When I select a file to open that's 70 minutes, the show file information says it's 8 minutes. I then proceed to open the file and right before the processing window finishes, Cool Edit Pro crashes.

Anyone else run into this problem?

Maybe there are some settings that I accidently screwed up that's causing this to happen.

I open 4GB files with AA, formerly called CEP.  Maybe it's version 1.2 issue ?
Try different files.

BTW, an IMPORT into WaveLab should work for you.
