I've got the Zoom.Very nice performance and low noise recording.
I use it for all my recordings now.
I really like it because record and (stereo) playback is all in the unit.Plug in headphones and you can rotate the image on playback.Brilliant real world interface.
Take a stereo mix on line out and you're done.
No computer needed !
Now simply replace those four (analog) inputs with better capsules.

Maybe.  The device is likely to be internally calibrated for that specific capsule at a system level (at least with regards to the exact diaphragm spacing, if not response), although probably not at the specific unit and specific capsule-level as Len's mics are.
