DHL/USPS seriously screwed up the international shipping of this item. The package took over two months to make it from Germany to California and was only delivered after filing for an investigation with DHL. During this time, Jean was a very polite and understanding buyer, even though it looked like the package might have been lost (even though it was sent via registered mail). I can not thank him enough for his understanding.
