Title: Todd r 7 pin info?
Post by: aleal5687 on May 27, 2008, 11:24:19 PM
I have been looking for this cable for a few months now with no luck. I came across a 7pin cable and looking to give this a shot.

Does anyone have any build info.

Search function came up empty.

FYI, ToddR made a 7pin>TOSlinkF adapter at one point.....I am not sure he does them anymore and if you are handy with a soldering iron, one can be made with less than $10 in materials (if you are willing to sacrifice your 7pin-out pigtail on your SBM

Think I might give this a shot. Anymore info?

check the dat-heads files. there are a bunch of cable schemo's. i still have many as hardcopy and could scan them if datheads is gone.

I have one of these (http://www.core-sound.com/7-pin-coax-blurb/1.php) that I'm going to be putting up on Ebay later today. It's the 7-pin Y cable with both RCA Male Input and Output. I'll post here and the Ebay section when I do. Just have to figure out the $%#@$ shipping :)

In the meantime, feel free to PM me and make an offer, if you want to pre-empt the Ebay sale. I'm in Montreal, Canada and this fits in a 7"x10" bubble envelope, so shipping shouldn't be much. Core Sound sells them for $70, but I don't expect anything close to that :)  BTW you can check my profile on Ebay: breeze2004

**UPDATE: FYI, it's now posted on Ebay here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170225926957).
