Post by: kuba e on July 30, 2019, 02:19:35 PM: I think you can put some small resistor in the microphone jack to drop 12V down. I remember Chris said that Ca11 has current consumption less than 1mA with 9V battery box. Maybe Chris or someone who knows electronics could advise you the resistor size.

Interesting. When I bought mine way back when they were called CA-STC-11 he said 12v was OK.

I am really wanting a new TINY battery box. Make things simpler and smaller.

Post by: audBall on September 22, 2019, 08:13:00 PM: Chris from SP recently informed me that you can use the mini-9V batteries (25A, 29A, 32A types) in the SP-SPSB-10 (normally 12v also).

This might also work for the -11.
