Just a heads up to all the Tapers here:
According to Markertek, Canare has moved/is moving its US distribution from California to New Jersey. As such, the lead time for Canare cable is unknown and may reach up to three months.
Useful info if you're planning on making cables soon.
Markertek does have smaller quantities of StarQuad and Mini StarQuad in stock.

FYI... I bought some quad star from MarkerTek recently...
when you buy it online it says "what color do you want?" and it shows about 10 different colors... pick a color and the transaction goes through. Verification email comes saying "out of stock". OK, they don't actually all those colors in stock, so if you order "blue" it just gets back ordered, because you can't tell what they have, and what they don't. Call them up on the phone, and ask "what colors do you actually have?" They say "gray and black".

I called them, as well. They do have some amounts in some colors. The 656 foot and 1000 foot reels of cable, however, are out of stock with an unknown lead time.
