I don't want to make any guarantees about any other devices...so far I've only used it to run my R-4 and charged my cell phone with it for a minute as well just to test that out in case I ever need to use it for that in a jam.

Output: 2*USB 5V/2.1A DC 9V/12V 2A; Input: 9-15V/1A.

Good fit for a DR-680?
I don't understand this: 9V/12V

Output:  (2) USB outputs (5v each @ 2.1amps) and (1) "other" output (9v @ 2.0amps or 12v @ 2.0amps).

Someone should double-check my math...  IMO, this battery is rated 10,000mAHs for 5v uses, which at full draw of 2.0 amps will give you 5 hours of use.

For 9v use, its only 4.5mAHs and will give you 2.15 hours of use at 2.1 amps...

I don't understand this: 9V/12V

It has a mechanical switch on the side that selects 9 or 12V.

Does anyone have more info on this? I can't figure out what is the mah rating is for using 9V or 12V.... I'm trying to figure out what run times would be using the 9V or 12V setting

I'm reviving this old topic because I ended up getting one of these, an ANKER Astro3, to power a used DR680 I just bought.

For a test, I ran it tonight 4-channel with two stereo mics, both with phantom power, and I got just under six hours on 12V. (I had removed the AA's.)

mic #1  AT BP4025 - 11-52V DC, 7 mA typical (both channels total)

mic#2  AT 4050ST - 48V DC, 6.4 mA typical (both channels total)

I just got the Anker 14,400mAh and it powered my PMD 661 with phantom (2 akg 481s) for 19 hours  :o
I used the included USB 5v, it comes with a converter tip that attaches to the USB cable and fits perfectly into the PMD.

These Anker batteries look nice. All models have a "power" button on them. Is this just to light the LEDs to check battery strength? I do not want this button getting hit, turning off the battery stuffed in a bag. Appreciate it if anyone can answer this.

Thank you :)

I actually almost bought one of these but then I looked at the manual online and the 10,000mah ratting is at 3.7v so when in 9v it's like a third of what it says. And i contacted the company and they had the factory in china send me an email that made no sense and didn't answer my question at all.
