I just got a Macbook Pro and I DLed xnjb and audacity...everything works out, but how do I transfer my recordings to audacity?

In Windows it is FILE > OPEN, and browse to the files.  So, whatever the MAC equivalent commands are.

You might try copying the JB3 (WAV) files to your local drive, and then opening with Audacity.
