Title: Opinions on the Creative Audigy 2 NX

I was about the purchase the M-Audio Sonica Theater ($80 new) to use as a digi-out of my computer into my arcam avr 200, but ran across the Creative Audigy 2 NX.  It looks like it does everything the sonica does plus a little more (24/96 in all 5 channels instead of 2; also has a digital in to convert shows).  From what i read, the digital in "bypasses the unit's sample rate conversion (SRC) system allowing the unit to exactly record the digital source".  Does anyone have experience with this?  I'm trying to find out if there are any downfalls I haven't read about.  For $90, looks like a good deal.
