Can anyone recommend tie/lapel clamps for the CA - CAFS microphones?

I've had truly great results with CAFS mounted on an old pair of glasses. This is essentially a binaural setup and sounds very realistic. The only issue is that the recording will get weird if you move your head left or right when recording.
This should be the thread and post with a photo:

Heat shrink tubing works for a semi-permanent mounting, or just use tape as mentioned above.
You can get some reading glasses at the dollar store and pop the lenses out if you don't wear glasses or have an old pair.

I do wear glasses, and I used to stick my CAFS to my glasses using glue dots, and bring the cable behind my ears and down my neck. I got some great recordings, but was always conscious that no matter how much I tried the cable behind my ears would become very noticeable. Then some bloke behind me said "what's that cable?" and I stopped doing it that way.
I now just simply glue dot them to the top of my shirt collar. It's invisible and the quality of my recordings have been just as good. It also means I can move my head.

Thanks for the tip! That's worth a try.
I looked at the Gluedots website and they've got almost a dozen varieties. Which one(s) worked for you??

I'm in the UK and have been using these:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dots-Glue-Adhesive-Decoration-Handmade/dp/B01LX9LH4E/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1517168987&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=glue+dots&psc=1
But the CAFS are so small I guess almost any sort would work.
