Sony D-10 'gift box'?
« on: June 10, 2005, 04:49:29 PM »
hey folks..i vaguely remember when the D-10 1st came out.  i think i saw one 'in the flesh' in late '88 or so.  i recall it coming with a sort of 'taper starter kit'..wall wort, shoulder strap, blank DAT or 2 (brown sony 120's) and a sony stereo mic.  what was the model # of this mike.  i swear it was a 959 or a clone of it, and a local dude says it was #ered '979'.  can anyone supply this prehistoric  info before it settles into a grudge match over here.

thanks to all...

chris
