Just saw an ad for these guys. Kinda spendy but interesting...

I have seen them too. Been tempted, but still doesn't help with wands or metal detectors.

I have a similar AyeGear burgundy hoodie which I've worn a couple of times but it doesn't fit me that well. Anyone want to trade me something cool for it?

what size and what are you looking for ?

Size small, which is baggy on me (36-38" chest). I'm looking for something really cool, these are on my wish list:
SC 853 caps
Something to get a Schoeps open rig going - shockmount or bar for the MK4 caps, Naiant PFA, that sort of thing.
I'm in the UK, so postage might be a bit prohibitive!

I am traveling to London for the Clapton shows. Willing to bring some smaller items with me if you are near London to avoid postage. LMK

That's really nice of you to offer! I can probably give you the hoodie to wear :-)
By the way I can stroll to the RAH from my home, it's the other side of Kensington Gardens.
Here's a hint - if you do the tour of the RAH in the late afternoon, you may catch a couple of minutes of soundcheck.

I won't fit a small haha. Let's definitely meet for a beer when I am there. I leave on the 19th, I am renting a flat on Sloane Ave. I was wondering about that. Is it still casual getting in? I was last there in 2011.

I've used their coats and one vest for years. I just came back from NYC in december where I managed 2 R44s inside a fleece jacket. Any pocket that fits an iPad fits an R44.
The problem with the company is they keep changing stuff up and each year re-designs the pockets so it can be tricky, but I recommend them. The featherweight vest may make you look uptight, but you can wear it all summer full of taping gear and usually get in anywhere.

For small and unobtrusive, a pair of DPA 4060 and the new d:vice pre-amp(just connects into the Lightning connector) into an iPhone would be a tiny high quality rig that does not look like a recording rig at all. :coolguy:

I'd be more interested in the 4080 cardiods. Both the 4060 and 4080 are described as lavelier mics for broadcasting - are they useful in high volume sound pressure concert environment?
At $499 each how do they compare to other phantom powered mics?
Thanks
