Can I run 2 discrete mic mixes with my mixer?

I think I can do it...If I keep the channel master faders down...and use the AUX send...make sense...?

assuming that the inserts are pre-fader, just run out of the insert jack from chan 1-2 (don't turn up the main L-R knobs) for one mix, then run out of the regular L-R outputs (turn the main L-R knobs up) for the 2nd mix on chan 3-4.

Actually it looks like a twin fader...post or pre...in the center is "off" turn it left for post, right for pre...(the picture is actually wrong...there are few markings that arent in the pic...I didn't know)

looks like the AUX sends are balanced...hmmm do I feel like soldering...?
