Topic: CO2 Experiences?

I'm considering picking one of these up so that I can convert the coax output of my AD-20 to optical for an MD (or another NJB3, etc.)...

Does anyone have experience with the CO2, specifically with the NJB3 or MD?

Another concern is power.  The manual says this thing draws 300mA.  Wow!  The AD-20 draws 50.

Its a nice little piece, I love mine. I've had no problems at all.

Not that hard to power, just use a rc car battery from rat shack, will run it for 7-8 hours easy.
