Tell us more about it once you use it awhile. Very interested in something with all this functionality. Especially the recording/overdubbing.

what do you want to know?   I've had my L20 for nearly a year.  know it inside and out.
My friend has the L12, and surprisingly enough, the app to run it is not the same as the L20.    More options on mine than his.  No global EQ...etc.   I would assume this model is the same.

But...laying down tracks w/this thing is awesome.    Using the mixer when playing the recording back is great as you can add everything you want in real time while it's playing...which is great.   Then you can eliminate channels and overdub on the ones you want.   It's very simple to use, and the preamps are pretty good.  very quiet, plenty of gain.
I love using it to capture my live performances and basement jams....such as:

recorded w/the L20
Alesis DM-10 electronic drum kit
1961 Hammond A-100 > Neo Instruments "Ventilator 2" leslie sim pedal
Yamaha Reface CP (piano, Rhodes)
2 guys making noise.  :)

Sounds great. Cool music.

Are you limited to using the number of tracks the mixer has? The MixPre series gives you 12 tracks even if you have the MixPre3. Can I assign an input to channel or move a recorded track to another channel so I don't have to unplug and replug mics? Maybe all that is in the manuals--sorry haven't read them.

not sure.   I've never required more than 20 tracks to play with.
you can certainly build upon your recordings with over dubbing.
