Title: Need new car speakers
Post by: thoman8r on September 01, 2004, 12:58:59 PM
So my right front speaker completely blew out on me yesterday.  Now it looks like I'm going to be upgrading from the stock speakers earlier than I had anticipated.  I'll probably just upgrade the fronts for now, any recommendations?  I'd like to keep it under $300, and I should probably upgrade the tweeters as well.

my ears like boston acoustics. if you go seperates it will be hard to get something real good for <$300.

I don't need something top of the line, I just need something better than the stock system

Phoenix Gold is always as good choice though their higher end is pretty pricey.
