I usually get them from American-Digital, but their minimum S&H charge is $17.74 now! :o >:(
I like to get the ink-jet printable ones, without the shiny surface that picks up fingerprints.
For folks that get them online, what dealers do your patronize? I am looking for something more affordable in terms of S&H than American-Digital.

www.supermediastore.com
I order TY 8X printable DVD's and DVD cases from there often.

I have been getting all of my TY discs here.... http://www.mediasupply.com/cd-r-media-taiyo-yuden.html (http://www.mediasupply.com/cd-r-media-taiyo-yuden.html). They have free shipping on all TY products now.

Meritline (www.meritline.com (http://www.meritline.com)) is another good shop for TY discs. Good prices.
-
Every one of these suppliers is coming in at about the same price, $35.99 with free shipping for 100. Just a matter of who I want to give my business to. Thanks for the suggestions and bye bye American-Digital.

On the TY, do folks like the white inkjet, silver lacquer or something else?

I buy the silver ink jet. I use a fine sharpie to write on the surface and do not like the discs with the mirror finish that pick up finger prints.

I love the white hub printable discs.

I love the white hub printable discs.
These are what I buy as well. Every now-and-then I will pickup a package of the silver printables but the whites are my go to disc!

I saw this at Meritline:
Oct 2009: Taiyo Yuden Brand Name Has Formally Changed to JVC (JCDR-WPP-SK). Products May Be Shipped in JVC Packaging.
Hope this doesn't affect the quality of these discs, as these are all I've used for several years now.

Still being pressed in the same Japan plant with the same great dye. Nothing has changed.

JVC/Taiyo Yuden start at $24, lifetime warranty exchange on bad discs. Free shipping.

in case anyone's still curious about places to get them, via Amazon at the moment, you can get the pack of 100 shiny silvers for $25.20 and white printables for 32.50, free 2-day shipping if you're a member of Amazon Prime..... I'm unsure if Amazon still offers free shipping on orders of over $25 like they used to, but if so, then both would qualify for that as well.....

Are those the JVC-branded, TY-manufactured ones? If so, I went through 400 of those in 2 days a few months ago and didn't have one coaster. Great disks.

yep, they're JVC's..... I think all TY's are JVC now, I think one of them bought the other one out and decided to go with the JVC brand.....
