If you dont mind spending the dough...i dont think its bad at all actualy...for NiMH + charger.  Thats sweet.
this is the company that has the 24piece 2250mAh AA deal for $31 that i posted about a while back.  couldnt find the link at the time.

i use 2 of those for my firewire 410, the come with a 5 piece set of multi-plugs and one just happens to be the correct one for the 410, and its right angle taboot
