Title: Battery Bank
Post by: spyder9 on December 19, 2004, 11:41:20 AM
Take a look at this thing on eBay.  It has selectable voltage.  Can hook up I think 4 or 5 devices.  Not sure at the same time.  Looks like it would work great for the UA5 > JB3 or V3 > JB3 tandem power.  Like hear what you guys think.  I may buy one.

That's what I thought.  I pm'd the seller to get more details on it.  Like, can I hook up multipler devices and run them at once?  What's the total mah?  Hopefully he gets back to me soon.

I looked at this before, if I remember correctly they come in 3 different mAH ranges.  I didn't really investigate it further as the price for the lowest one was $69.99 starting bid.

Yes, since there is variable voltage ranges, that means the capacity in mAH is different depending what voltage you run out of it.  They did have them listed on the page:

12Ah @ 3V
8.0Ah@ 4.5V
7.2Ah@ 5.0V
6 Ah @ 6.0V
4.8Ah @ 7.5V
