Title: Tinybox Question
Post by: Cheesecadet on November 23, 2011, 11:00:40 PM
So can someone who has one of these please answer the following question.  I have bothered Jon enough the last couple days and thought someone here could answer.

This question is pertaining to the 3-Level Gain switch, there is high, mid, and low where you can specify which gain setting you want.  My question is...are you able to just turn the Tinybox on and keep that switch in the middle without selecting low, mid, or hi and have it essentially work as a battery box that provides power but no gain unless I choose one of the three settings?  Hopefully that makes sense???

Thanks in advance for any info!

Happy Turkey Day to all...

i don't have one but i thought the switch only had 3 spots and the middle was one of the selections (low)
so to activate low, do you need to switch it sideways?
as a future tb owner i look forward to finding out the answer with you

Jon told me that there is no 4th gain option on the Tinybox (mine's V. 1.5) and that I would need to select zero gain as 1 of my 3 included settings if I wanted a "battery box" mode.
