Pretty sure you need a lap top to make it function properly.  Most people in this hoby look for pres that can be used as stand alone.  How do you plan on using it?

I have an older 8 Pre version of this.  When it works its great, but there have been bumps in the road as far as Presonus releasing drivers that worked for my setup.  I tracked down a certain fw card with a chipset that was reported to work, and that helped a bit.  64bit support was spotty there for a while.  Read the Presonus user forums.  You'll see some bitching. It is stable now and I will never ever touch the drivers.  I say the Presonus customer support is rocky at times.

Not top of the line pres by any means, but it does what I need it to now. I have apogee and grace in my arsenal to compare it to.

That's all I have for you.
