There is a special version that supports Schoeps active cables called a Lemo SAX.  SX-M2/LS

"The SX-M2/LS can be used for all condenser or electret microphones having the possibility of changing the capsules on the microphone body, such as: Colette series of Schoeps, Blue Line of Sanken, or the similar line of Neumann."

While the SX-M2/LS replaces the CMC6 mic bodies for Schoeps and uses Lemo connectors (one L, one R...not sure the model # of the Schoeps cable that goes between the MKx caps and the SX-M2/LS), there's also the SX-M2/LS2, which instead of lemo connectors uses a 5-pin binder for both L and R channels and is compatible with the Schoeps KCY cables.

This doesn't change the outputs, though.  Just thought I'd clarify the different SX-M2 models of which I'm aware.
