While this isn't stealth, I am wearing mics wedged over the top of my ears



...so if your mics are small enough they are invisible even out in the open :)

I have to assume you recorded a bottle opening, pour into glass, fizzle and first gulp from the enjoyer's perspective at the end of the brewery interview/tour as a fitting closure.

I finally got Monte Montgomery to allow me to open tape him(because he loves my stealth recordings).  I had set up 2 sets of mics on a wall pole to tape the opening band.  After Monte said "yes" to my request to tape him, he looked up at the wall pole and quipped: "how you gonna get all that shit in your hat?"  I about hit the floor laughing...
