anybody else getting a "click" at the point where you have joined two files? only the second time i've noticed this out of probably 100 uses.
4. im so abrasive i make sandpaper nervous.

If the files are not cut at amplitude zero you'll get a sudden abnormal waveform at the join. Some editors let you specify zero amplitude cuts as the norm (editor finds the nearst zero point and makes the cut there).

Zoom in to sample level and smooth the cut manually. Or make a microsize level adjustement at the click.
