Topic: Cables for Tascam DR-2d for Sound Board?

I was offered a chance to "patch" into a sound board at a local venue but there was no connect for my Tascam DR-2d stereo jack. It had to be XLR but I did not ask if it was male or female.
If there someone here who makes cables that will go from a sound board to a small recorder? I would like to get  whatever cables I might need to cover all bases in case the opportunity arises again.
