Topic: SHN conversion

Howdy!  Looking for a good suggestion of a free, safe, secure SHN converter tool.  I rarely come across these files these days and used to use what I think was called mkv or something like that but it doesn't exist anymore.  I know I can google this but I want a suggestion from the taper forest.
