Topic: Audio book in both channels of a video of something else

Hello.. is there an app that can eliminate the audiobook audio that's heard on another video that's in both channels? I know if it was in just one channel it would be easy to mute the channel that it's in copy the channel That is not in over it but I don't think there's a way to eliminate audio that's in both channels correct me if I'm wrong... thanks for any input!
