http://www.taperssection.com/yabbse/index.php?board=22;action=display;threadid=12442

as per xlr connectors here are your links:

Switchcraft:

http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?baseItem=A3F&cat=CABLESCONN&subcat=ACONNECT&prodClass=XLRCON&mfg=Switchcraft&search=0&off=

Neutrik:

http://www.markertek.com/Product.asp?baseItem=NC3FX&cat=CABLESCONN&subcat=ACONNECT&prodClass=XLRCON&mfg=Neutrik+USA&search=0&off=

make sure that you get the ones for cable ends, not for wall mounting or equipment mounting.

I just bought me a bunch of Canare cable from markertek for my small
audio recording studio mixer(8 channel)

anyway, I came across this auction on EBAY, and if I didn't already have my stuff, I would
consider it

just under 30 bucks for 20feet Canare with Neutrik Gold Connects
much better than what I paid for my made cables

This is for a single cable - unless Markertek has recently raised prices on bulk cable, $58 for a pair of 20' canare with straight gold Neutriks isn't much of a deal unless you don't have a soldering iron. In that case I believe there are people on this board who can make these for a better price still. The parts alone should be less than $20 unless you want right angles and then it should still be under 30.

looks like he sold it   :-\  Those Ebay prices aren't too bad, wonder what he charges for shipping...

Hello,

It may appear that somone is buying my remainding 440 feet of this cable.  Their check is due to show up in my mailbox soon.

I recommend Markertec.com or fullcompass.com as supplyers of this cable.

Thanks to all who spread the word on my remaining stock of this cable and to those who have purchased lengths of it in the past.

Sincerely,

Darren
