I've had this for years and while there is no listed weight rating, it's extremely strong. You just need to use the appropriate adapters for 3/8" hardware. Anytime I need an angled position, this is usually what I reach for.

Think this is the current page at On-Stage for the Posi-Lok clutch, which now goes by MSA-9501.  The spec sheet still uses the 13016 model number.
