DIY LiPo battery pack for MixPre-6
« on: October 22, 2020, 02:19:09 AM »
Stumbled onto a pretty cool page about a roll your own MixPre battery pack the other day: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4336775

I dig the idea that using the rear power connectors leaves the On/Off switch more accessible -- my fingers are so fat that it's really hard for me to operate the switch when a UCB-C connector is plugged in.
ain't no party like a katydid party
jumpin' and a hoppin' and singin' them songs!

Neat.  Yet another reason to get into 3D printing.  The author mentions a potential issue with swelling but I wonder if heat could be a concern as well?
