The published recording time (by Tascam in the US manual) is: Two build-in mics AND two phantom powered mics (4 channels total) at 44.1/24 WAV is around 5 hours with 4x alkaline/NiMH AA or twice that with Lithium AAs.
I don't know if 48/32bit (which would be my preferred setting if I buy one) is considerably more power consuming?
3.5-4 hours with two phantom powered mics and NiMH would be my minimal requirement.
It is my understanding it can be fed by a power bank if needed, which would be what I do anyway in situations where more mics are in play.
