SP-SPSB-11 battery box switch on

Hi,

is there a switch to turn the battery box on and off or is it automatically providing power when you plug in a microphone?

Couldn not find any switch on my box

Is there an LED indicating that it is working and the battery is still ok, when you plug it in?

I bought myself a voltmeter to check the battery before leaving the house  :smash:

Would this thing make measurable improvements with MM-bsm-7m>sp11>dr03 rather than just dr03? I was looking at one today.
