Title: 16/48 > 16/44.1 just resample?
Post by: georgeh on October 30, 2011, 10:40:16 AM
I didn't want to ask this on another 24 bit question, http://taperssection.com/index.php?topic=147852.0
but think it's the same answer.
I need to do both dither and resample, not just resample?
I am converting some old dat recordings and curious if I need to do both or not

Yes. Chances are the SRC is occurring at the 32bit level (or higher, I think Izotope's is at something like 64bit)
