The Mixpad 4 runs on three snap-on 9V batteries. Two for the mixer - and one for phantom (which as I understand it is only 18V on this unit)
Could I use a Wal-mart 9V on the Phantom circuit?? - Im thinking a little more robust powering there might last a little longer...
Just didn't know what the other batteries would think of the Wal-Mart...
The first two batteries are a bipolar arrangement - for the mixer part
Wondering of the Phantom circuit is separate?...might have to experiment.
