Editing out or reducing wind noise with Wavelab?
« on: September 23, 2004, 02:31:32 AM »
I've got Wavelab and was wondering if there is any way possible to edit out or reduce some mild wind noise on one of my recordings?   It only happens the last third of the recording or so and just a few gusts here and there.   And this was with the bigass Shure windscreens!  Fucking Gorge ;p

Anyways, I did a search on the forums and found a little bit on it in topics with Cooledit, but I don't have that.   If anyone knows a way to do it in Wavelab and could explain it.   Or if there is someone who'd like to take a shot at it I can AIM over a copy of the .flac file for the affected part that'd be awesome too ;)
