would the mics stay onstage for every show?

I would only run onstage for a purely instrumental band that has amps for everything - you would be surprised how many key players DI straight from keyboard to snake  :(

yeah it's gonna stay onstage, unless there's opportunity to run further back and/or we need to get vocals...but we may set up a mixing board to get a matrix also.  the idea is to record smaller acts in smaller settings and broadcast it live...it needs to be not too cumbersome and easy to set up and run.

i found out we already bought it, so it's a done deal.
