Along with the AKG ck8 capsules (w/ the 460 bodies), I think these are the finest shotguns for recording music from a PA that were ever made. Like many things AKG, the new c568b (~$650/ea retail) is not the same, and does not match up IMO to the older c568eb.
I assembled my pair last year for < $400 from two singles I grabbed off ebay. Having watched the 568eb for a while, they seem to sit on ebay and be relisted if over $300/ea. Under that, they usually go pretty quick. For a pair, $400-600 depending on condition seems the 'market' range.
When I get my pair back from sypder9 who has been borrowing them for a while, I may consider selling b/c I now have pretty easy access to borrow ck8 caps to run w/ my 452 or 460/a60 pairs.
