Hey all is there any quick solution to getting rid of duplicate songs in Itunes?
I have about 9000 tracks half of which are dupes. Im sick of selecting ever other track and deleting.

I got that, Thats how i know that there are dups.
the problem is that im sick of selecting every other track and deleting.
Am i getting this wrong? should i just show duplicate songs and then select all and then delete?
In each folder (windows explorer) there is a duplicate tracks named the following way.....
1-05 Fembot In A Wet T-Shirt 1.mp3
1-05 Fembot In A Wet T-Shirt.mp3

I delete each track individualy, it takes a while but that is the only way I know how. I bought Anapod yesterday & played with it for the whole day, quite frankly I am extremely unimpressed. There has to be a better solution out there to move music around, rename it & organize it.
PS- I un-installed Itunes & Anapod plus share pod do not work now! How do you like that, friggin Itunes is right, they SUCK!

Try deleting everything and reloading your library.
I use Yamipod on my 5g and have no probs. Itunes does suck. ;D
