Does anyone use these for home studio mixing?

I'm looking for some good sounding relatively cheap monitors.

ive listened to the alesis monitors before and im a believer that there are a lot of other monitors in that price range that sound better.  id suggest taking a look at the tannoy reveal series (a lot clearer cleaner sound for your cash).  i also have those jbl 4208s for sale that need to go to jbl for a repair.  that would be a way of getting a pair for like 100 or so bucks (they retail for like 3-400, used 250 ish)
