I could be offbase here, but I can't imagine a touring unit of that caliber running a mono rig.  I don't really know how their soundguy utilizes the system, but I would think that it's gotta be stereo(whether it's mixed that way or not).

DMB runs mono still and I believe phish did as well.  More common than you may think.

I just taped moe. on Monday in Buffalo.  Not totally sure, but I'd say probably stereo.  Al's Moog was being panned all around the soundstage at times.

Also, the Allmans run mono as well, so there are still a number of bands that run that way.
