Tascam US-122L USB interface? Quality? Internals?

The Tascam US-122L (2 input TRS/XLR) USB device is on sale now for $80.  Soundproffesionals.com and others have it.

Is this any good?  Has anyone taken it apart?  In particular, I want to know what mics preamps are used, and what power supplies are used.  (Is it +/-5v internally, or just 5v?)
