Topic: Any SD 302 and Sony PCM-D50 users?

Hi folks-

Just wondering if anyone is using their SD 302 with the Sony PCM-D50 as their main recorder. I'm mainly a documentary filmmaker and so I'm using the SD 302 and my camera to record sound but I'm wondering if I can get away with using the Sony PCD-D50 as my main recorder with my SD 302 for when I do narrative work.

I'd like to get a SD 702T eventually but I'm trying to slowly build my gear again and I thought the Sony PCM-D50 can probably fit in my Petrol bag that holds my 302 and that would be nice to have the recorder and mixer in the same bag with out weighing the bag down.

Any recommendations?
