how do you disassemble a switchcraft ta3f?

I'm trying to build some microdot to ta3f cables for my m2d2, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to disassemble the ta3f.  Anyone have any tips?

The assembly should just pull out of the case. Yank on the part that crimps over the cable and it should come right out.
