Need help removing buzz/hiss beyond my skill level

I am in search of assistance to clean up a show I’ve been trying to work on for a year now. The issue is lots of hum/ hiss and beyond my skill to repair w izotope. Was wondering if someone could do a favor and help. I feel bad asking but   Wanted to reach out for help to make it sound at least listenable. Help is appreciated . It’s is from the band Uncle Sammy.
The tracks probably need to be combined in foobar2000 first to then be worked on.

I'd be happy to listen to your file and see whether I can clean it up at all.  Unfortunately Google Drive won't talk to my antique PC.  Can you suggest any other way to get me the file, or at least a sample?
