So, why did you ask about the Tascam mic? The link you provided clearly says it doesn't go below 50 Hz.
I didn't ask about it. It was a question with a kind of doubt.
Read my posts attentively.

Just to make things clear: you're looking for a sensational microphone that covers 20 Hz - 20 kHz and all that below 300 USD? That right?
YES !!!
I can buy D100 for about 600 USD but seeking solution to not buy it (i mean to receive the same sound result with less money spent).

^ May I ask what it is you intend to record? Most people here are focused on music, and, to be frank, the D100s built-in mics aren't the be-all-and-end-all for that application. 99% of the people here prefer to use a pair of mics that can be spaced a bit to provide both arrival time and level differences to get a good stereo image.

I am a videographer.
I need to record ambient sounds, foley sounds, car engines,
very often acoustic guitar (and 3000 USD guitar must not sound like 300 USD on recorded file  ;D ;D ;D).

I am a videographer.
And now you want to become a man-orchestra?
Maybe to hire a sound engineer for the best result?
I need to record ambient sounds, foley sounds, car engines, very often acoustic guitar .
For all of the above, you will need many different microphones, shock absorbers, wind shields, cables, etc.
( Mic 300 + wind shield 100 + shock-mount  50 + cable 50 + microphone stand 50 ).
Try to prioritize the task and start with it.
acoustic guitar (and 3000 USD guitar must not sound like 300 USD on recorded file  ;D ;D ;D).
To make $3,000 guitar sound like a $3,000 guitar, you will need two microphones for $3,000   ;D
It's a joke, but only partly.
Yes, it's not about Sony PCM-D100 ))

Yes i am an amateur videographer.
Shoot video for personal use but like to made all professional. Thats why to have a sound engineer is not my way.
Preffer to be a man-orchestra - its very interesting
(as for my main job - i am a professional photographer)

Yes i understood your joke about 3000 USD microphones
You are right - its true.
This expression "3000 USD guitar sounds like a 300 USD guitar" is a kind of meme on russian-language audio-forums (eastern Europe) and first of time was written by one famous (local) sound engineer about ZOOM (H-series) audiorecorders comparative to another brands with better internal mics sound.
"Zoom is a great recorder, but it makes a 3000 USD guitar to sound like a 300 USD".  ;D ;D ;D

Why i ask about D100 alternative - D100 is a kind of "best internal mic sound" audiorecorder.

By the way - i am happy with my M10 and D10.

In any case thanks to all for answers.

Gaerlind, все что Вы пишите - типичные ошибки начинающих )
Any work must be done by professionals, otherwise it will be of an amateur level.
It all starts with setting a specific task.  Just remember that the best recording location never coincides with the best shooting location.
The equipment you have already allows you to take the first step.
I would take Line Audio CM4 for D10 and Clippy EM272 Stereo Microphone for M10. It will be a little more than your budget, but not much.
http://www.lineaudio.se/CM4.html
https://micbooster.com/clippy-and-pluggy-microphones/98-clippy-stereo-em272-microphone.html
Place all this on the stand in a good place of sound.
And then synchronize all the entries in the post.

Не знаю как тут нажать кнопку спасибо но спасибо :)
I think you are right.
Earlier one colleague here on forum recommended me EM272 - i refused it, but probably i must try these mics in any case. CM4 also looks interesting.
And for sure both of them costs more budget than a D100.

Thanks.

The Clippy EM272 sounds great with a plug-in-power input. I found them to add even less noise than the D100 built-in microphones. However, unlike the D100 that instantly gives you an accurate stereo image out-of-the-box, you'd have to experiment a bit with the microphone placement of the dual EM272.

ON A DIFFERENT TOPIC :
I'm currently looking for a shotgun microphone for my D100, something that could either be battery-powered or powered by the PiP of the D100.
I'd use it to isolate various types of sound (mostly non-vocal) for sound design and music production.

For the moment, here some of the options I have found :
SENNHEISER MKE 600 (would be my first choice, but it seems to have lower specs when using the internal battery)
AUDIO-TECHNICA AT897 (seems to be highly directionnal, but some complained about low level ...maybe compensated by the D100's high end preamps)
AZDEN SGM-250
SENNHEISER K6/ME66 (discontinued)
SONY ECM-674
RODE VIDEOMIC NTG
RODE NTG2

Any experience with some of these microphones used with a D100 ?

RODE NTG2
I have NTG2 and one of my friends has Sennheiser MKE600
So i tried both of them.

BOTH has lower parameters when use internal battery.

But MKE600 has better low frequency sound. Otherwise NTG2 better ignoring side sounds.
But difference is very-very small. Approximate no difference.
So buy any of them - you will be happy. Almost if you will use it with phantom power.

Have you thought about Sony ECM-CG50 or CG60 ?
It has only battery power and has 3.5mm minijack.
I haven't used it but a lot of people like it.

From the budget segment, I liked the SE Electronics ProMic Laser. They are discontinued, but they can still be found on the e-bay for about $100.

6V 3000mAh Li-ion USB-C rechargeable battery for PCM-D100

Just thought I'd share this. My PCM-D100 battery holder cracked and I was having trouble finding a replacement. I ordered a 6V 3000mAh Li-ion rechargeable battery from AliExpress that fits the PCM-D100. A bit pricey at $52.92 USD shipped, but so far it's working great. It took 14 days to arrive from China. Here's the link.

Check out the Ambient ATM216 Tiny Mike, too. Runs off PiP or phantom, depending on cable used (also hi-sens and lo-sens PiP cables). They are really quite tiny. I think it sounds pretty good with the D100. I use mine mostly boomed overhead to record my online course lectures (though usually into a MixPre3)--no issues using it indoors even with relatively low ceilings. They come up occasionally used for reasonable prices--probably not worth buying new compared to the latest Rode and Deity on camera mics.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

Never heard of the ATM216. It comes with a nice windshield which is an other plus.
Did you had the chance to compare it next to a MKE 600/K6/AT897 or something similar ?

EDIT : I've also read somewhere on the internet that an AT875R can be powered from a PiP input.

EDIT : I've also read somewhere on the internet that an AT875R can be powered from a PiP input.
Haven't hear about it. Will try at home today evening. I have that mic.
My premonitions tell me what's not working...

But you must pay attention - Frequency Response of this mic is 90-20,000 Hz
So it's a "voice" shotgun. For interviews. Not for music.
Yes it sounds great. But, i repeat - not for music (single problem is frequency response).
